Greetings Friends and Rotarians!

Thank you all for an amazing October! In one month we've raised many thousands of dollars for multiple different causes, while also managing several ongoing service projects! I am very proud of the huge effort that all of you have put forward!

Please note that this Sunday's meeting will be at Brocach, in the upstairs dining room. Please join us as we welcome our newest member Brooke, and as we formally pin Brooke and Julia!

Finally, as a last minute social, Justin and Som are putting a car together to got to ColoniALE fest in Sun Prairie this Friday night. Email Justin if interested!

Sunday, November 5 – Club Meeting: Kris Foust, Brava

On November 5th, we are delighted to finally welcome Kris Foust, Director of Marketing and Events at Brava Magazine! Kris will discuss the work Brava is doing to encourage women in the greater Madison community to THRIVE in their lives by providing content and events that inspire, empower, and initiate change.

Peter Skopec, the director of WISPIRG, will discuss their mission to defend our health and safety and financial security against threats from powerful interests.

Welcome Brooke!

Brooke is a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer with Dybdahl Design Group (of Middleton). They assist clients with creating design layouts based on their lifestyle, help with choosing materials and guide them from the beginning of the project until completion.

Before moving to Wisconsin, Brooke grew up in a small town in Michigan. She attended the University of Wisconsin - Stout where she received her Bachelor's in Fine Arts: emphasis in Interior Design in December of 2015. While she attended Stout, she was lucky enough to study abroad in Florence, Italy for a semester!

Brooke enjoys many outdoor activities such as camping, hiking and her latest obsession: rock climbing! She thoroughly enjoy traveling whenever possible and exploring state parks. She also enjoy live shows, museums, art, architecture and breweries/distilleries.

Welcome, Brooke! We are delighted to have you as our newest member!

Pumpkin Bowl a Success!

Thank you to everyone that supported our Pumpkin Bowl Tournament! We raised close to a thousand dollars for Rotary's Polio Plus program! Thank you also to the RedZone for their generous sponsorship, and for hosting our after party!
