Hey everyone,

 

Hope you are all doing well! This Sunday during our club meeting, we'll be joined by a former member of the After Hours club, John Sinclair who now works for the Wisconsin DNR. John will talk with us about how he and the DNR seek to build a more inclusive, representative and diverse agency, and how they hope to better connect with the communities they represent. This will be a great meeting because it will combine community, the environment, and club alumni all in one meeting. What more could you ask for?

 

As a heads up, we also have the Lussier Food Pantry Service Event Nov. 14th. We are looking for three more people to volunteer. If you or anyone you know would like to volunteer with our club, you can sign up here or let Brad Matthiesen know. 

 

This past weekend, members of our club also participated in packing books into boxes for our Libraries in Laundromats signature project. We made sure to pack extra boxes for those who couldn't participate. If you need a box or would like to sign up for a laundromat, let me know and I can help coordinate. We've already gotten some great responses from the laundromats. As an ask from one laundromat, they can supply the space but ask that we provide a table. If you have a 3'x4' table you wouldn't mind donating, please let me know.
