President's Message

Hi all,

Our STEP Short-term Youth Exchange outbound student has now been paired with a host family and an inbound student from France. So, we are fully confirmed now for our summer youth exchange!

Our club has also volunteered to assist Madison South Rotary with grilling and meal preparation at the upcoming RYLA, Rotary Youth Leadership Awards weekend retreat on Saturday, May 10th. Please email me or our club account if you are interested in volunteering! You would likely be able to carpool with someone.

Please do strongly consider registering for our Rotary TriCon District Conference on April 25th and 26th, even if you just come for one day! It's a wonderful opportunity to recapture your Rotary inspiration and to experience enriching speakers and events! please especially consider registering for the post-conference "WhirlyBall" celebration on Saturday night that Ashley and Erin and Jason are helping to coordinate!

On Monday, please join us as Bob and Marcia Kasieta from the Badger Prairie Needs Network describe the wonderful work and volunteer needs of that organization! They run one of the three busiest food pantries in Dane County!
